ReachKraft is an AI-driven micro-SaaS where I took full-stack ownership: product UI, AI workflow integration, and a design system that let a tiny team iterate without accumulating chaos.

Problem

A small team shipping an AI product faces a brutal trade-off: move fast and the codebase turns to soup, or build carefully and competitors ship first. ReachKraft needed AI workflows in users' hands quickly — without the interface becoming a pile of one-off screens.

Design & Architecture

I set up a modern design system from day one: tokens, a small set of composable components, and clear patterns for AI-specific UI — streaming responses, generation states, confidence and failure handling. Speed came from reuse, not shortcuts.

Execution

Owned the product end to end: front-end architecture, AI workflow integration, and a rapid iteration loop where user feedback shipped the same week. The design system meant each new workflow screen was assembled from existing parts instead of rebuilt from scratch.

Impact

Shipped new AI workflows at a weekly cadence with a two-person team, while interface consistency stayed high and duplicate UI code stayed near zero.
